Email contacto@lienzo.tools. I read it personally. You can contact me about:
- Questions about tools, resources, or a blog guide.
- Suggestions for new tools or improvements. Many features began as a suggestion.
- Website errors: a broken link, failed download, or display problem. Include the exact URL and your browser to help me investigate.
- Collaboration or work proposals.
This is a one-person project, without a support team. I read every message, but a response may take a few days. Mark urgent matters in the subject line so I can review them sooner. Copyright complaints receive priority and follow the timeframe below.
When you email me, I receive your name, email address, message, and attachments. I use them only to handle and answer your request, not for unsolicited messages or mailing lists. Correspondence is kept as long as needed to resolve the matter and record its resolution. You may request updates, correction, or deletion; see the privacy policy.
Copyright complaints
Blog and resource pages form part of Lienzo's editorial work. Authorship of website articles and guides is distinct from authorship of downloadable works. Collaborative resources and third-party components retain their credits, as explained in the attribution record.
If you own rights to a linked file, or represent its rights holder, and believe its publication infringes those rights, email contacto@lienzo.tools with the subject “Copyright complaint” and include:
- The exact URL on this site where the resource appears.
- The affected work and specific filenames; include the original publication if available.
- The rights you claim: author, rights holder, or representative.
- An email address where I can reply.
Copyright complaints do not wait in the general correspondence queue. The download link is removed while the complaint is reviewed, within 48 to 72 hours of receiving the message. Removal comes before review. I will confirm the removal and the review outcome by email.
No formal notice or intermediary is required to use this channel; an email is enough. A formal route remains available if you prefer it.
