What Lienzo stores in your browser, who places it, and how you can control it.

What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small text file a website places in your browser to remember information between pages, such as a notice you have seen, a language choice, or an advertisement shown. It is not a program and cannot read your files: the browser sends the text back to the service that placed it.
localStorage is different: its contents stay on your device and are not automatically sent to a server. Code running in your browser reads them. Most storage controlled by this site is of this type.
What the site uses
Lienzo is static, with no application backend, user registration, first-party session cookies, analytics, social tracking pixels, or heatmaps.
agp-theme: localStorage, not a cookie
Placed by this site in your browser to remember your light or dark theme. It stays until you clear the site's browser data and does not leave your device.
agp-lienzo: localStorage, not a cookie
Used by the Spanish “Mi lienzo” area for your chosen alias, creations, favorites, and activity. It is not an account. It stays until you use “Empezar de cero” or clear site data. It does not leave your device. The current English carousel uses temporary favorites that reset on reload; they are not a synchronized account.
Google AdSense cookies and identifiers
Google and its advertising providers place these as independent controllers of their processing. They may be used to deliver and measure ads, limit frequency, and prevent fraud. The site's advertising configuration requests non-personalized ads for all traffic. Google determines storage periods; see its cookie policy. Non-personalized advertising can still involve cookies or identifiers.
Google Fonts
Where fonts are requested from Google, it receives your IP address and user-agent while delivering them, without requiring a click. Font files may be cached, but external font requests communicate technical data. Google's retention follows its privacy policy. English pages currently serve these fonts locally.
YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode
Embedded videos use youtube-nocookie.com. Loading or playing a video may communicate technical data to Google. Privacy-enhanced mode does not mean no data processing. Google sets any storage periods under its privacy policy.
Tools and code generators process your input within your browser; it is not uploaded. Depending on the resource, a download button on a Lienzo article leads to a file hosted by MediaFire, under MediaFire's terms. YouTube supplies demonstrations and directs visitors to the article; it does not host the download.
For 3D previews, the Spanish homepage serves the scene file locally but downloads its rendering program from cdn.spline.design. Blog previews load Spline when activated. These connections communicate technical data such as IP address and browser information, governed by Spline's privacy policy.
Consent in the EEA, United Kingdom, and Switzerland
On pages using Google's advertising message, visitors in these regions can consent, decline consent, or manage options. The settings show purposes and providers. Consent controls differ from objections to legitimate interests; some legitimate-interest options may initially be enabled. Review them to express your choices. Continuing to browse is not treated as consent.
The site requests non-personalized ads for all traffic. This does not remove the need to manage consent for advertising cookies or identifiers used in measurement, frequency limits, and fraud prevention.
You can change or withdraw a choice. Where Google's message is available, the footer link “Privacy and cookie settings” reopens it; a new choice replaces the previous one. The privacy and cookie pages do not include Google's advertising tag. Use another page carrying the message, or the controls below.
- Open a page where Google's message is active and use its footer privacy-settings link.
- Use Google Ad Settings or the advertising opt-out links below, available from any country.
- Clear the site's cookies and browser data. This removes stored choices, so the message can appear on a later visit to a page using it.
For Latin America and other regions where this message is not the available control, use the opt-out links and your browser settings.
Browser controls
Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge, and Brave let you block third-party cookies, delete existing cookies, or clear a site's local storage, usually under Settings → Privacy and security → Site data. Private or incognito windows also limit persistence after closing.
Rejecting or deleting cookies does not block Lienzo's tools or downloads. Generators, favicons, the SVG optimizer, packs, and scenes remain usable. Clearing local storage removes your theme preference and empties “Mi lienzo,” because that data lives only there.
Advertising controls
External providers, including Google, offer controls over personalized advertising based on previous browsing. Lienzo's current configuration requests non-personalized ads globally; the following controls also apply to your broader use of Google and other services:
- Google Ad Settings: disable personalized advertising. Ads may still appear without being based on your activity.
- How Google uses information from partner sites.
- Digital Advertising Alliance choices: opt out across participating advertising providers.
- Network Advertising Initiative choices: choose individual participating networks or opt out together.
