USAGE LICENSE
Lienzo License
Terms for Lienzo resources and collaboratively created works distributed with permission. Also read each pack's page and the license notices included with its files.
The license in three lines
- Resources covered by the Lienzo License may be used personally and commercially, modified, and incorporated into your work.
- Credit to Lienzo is optional. Keep any credits and notices required by a specific license.
- You may not resell the resources unchanged or redistribute them as an equivalent pack or catalog.
The Lienzo License
This applies to visual works, audio, or code whose resource page specifies the Lienzo License, within the rights Lienzo is authorized to grant. It does not replace other rights holders' licenses. A file can be both an image and code, or both a creative work and a configuration file; the same conditions apply to either form.
You are free to
- Use the resources in personal, client, and commercial projects: websites, apps, videos, streams, printed materials, and digital or physical products.
- Adapt them without limit: recolor, crop, combine, animate, or convert their format.
- Include the result in revenue-generating work, such as a monetized video, store, or paid app, without paying Lienzo or requesting permission.
Under these conditions
- Attribution: optional for Lienzo. Credit is appreciated; instructions appear below.
- Derivative work: you may distribute your finished project under your own terms while preserving the notices and restrictions that apply to its incorporated resources.
- Redistribution: do not republish the material as a catalog or pack equivalent to this site. To share a pack, link to its article.
- Resale: do not sell the resources unchanged, individually or bundled, as the product itself. You may charge a client for work that incorporates them.
The resource may be part of your work; it may not circulate again as a standalone resource through another catalog.
What you create with the tools is yours
This applies to source code, images, audio files, and other creative output. Lienzo does not claim rights over files you supply or your work with the generators. You may incorporate the results into your projects. Catalog icons, fonts, and other incorporated materials retain their authorship and licenses; conversion or optimization does not transfer those rights.
The tools process files, text, and Wi-Fi passwords inside your browser. They do not upload them to a server or keep a server copy. See the privacy policy.
The tool itself—its code, interface, and design—remains Lienzo's work. You may use it and keep its output, but may not copy it to create an equivalent service. Software is provided as is, without warranty. Cropping, optimization, or conversion does not come with a promised result: check the output before production or client delivery.
The tool does not change ownership of your input. A cropped copyrighted song remains copyrighted; an optimized SVG belonging to someone else remains theirs. This license covers the tool's contribution, not the rights in material you bring.
Attribution is optional
The Lienzo License does not require credit to Lienzo. This does not remove credits required by other licenses. If you would like to link to us in credits, a website footer, or a video description, use:
Resources from <a href="https://lienzo.tools/">Lienzo</a>Or use plain text: “Resources from Lienzo: lienzo.tools”. Links help the site remain free; omitting credit does not remove the permissions above.
The licenses used here
Original work: Lienzo License
Sound effects, audio transitions, and After Effects templates identified as Lienzo creations on their pages use these conditions. Included libraries and fonts retain their own licenses. The website design and complete articles are not redistributable packs; their use is explained in the legal notice.
Collaborative creation and distribution by Lienzo
Jorge Andrés Arias García, responsible for Lienzo, states that he participated in the team that created the vectors and 3D scenes and has permission to distribute them through Lienzo. This statement covers both categories and does not claim exclusive authorship for Lienzo.
Creative collaboration is credited to MD Estudio Creativo · Creativo Marketing Digital, as indicated by the site operator for the published resources. Lienzo handles distribution and usage guides. This attribution also appears on pack pages and in the favicon gallery.
Each pack's page explains personal and professional use. Keep included authorship and license notices. Link to the article to share a resource instead of publishing it again as another pack. These conditions cover only rights Lienzo is authorized to grant; font, library, and other component licenses remain applicable.
The stated authorization is additional to acquisition-platform terms. An Envato subscription alone does not authorize redistribution of source files. Spline is the scene-editing tool; using it does not determine who created a work. See the origin and distribution record.
Resources with an existing license
If a resource has its own open license, such as OFL or Apache for a font, that license governs. The Lienzo License neither replaces nor expands it. Its license file and original author's name are included with the download.
Copyright concerns
If you believe a file infringes your rights, email contacto@lienzo.tools with the article and filename. I will remove the material while reviewing the case, within 48 to 72 hours.
Scope of this page
This is an operational explanation of the license, written for clarity. Summaries here are not independently binding: for an external license such as OFL, Apache, or Creative Commons, the official license text governs. This page is not a separate contract from the legal notice; if they appear to conflict, the legal notice prevails. Legal framework: Colombia.
